We are IOTICS

We're transforming the way the world uses and shares data. A better world will be built on better data interactions - with individuals, enterprises, and communities safely, creatively, collaborating.

This isn’t simple, easy, or predictable – it’s challenging and audacious. If you’re ready to join our journey, inspire the world and champion users as we develop and expand our product, we’d love to work with you.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for talented team players who want to accelerate our growth while doing some of the best work of their careers. Join us as we build the next transformative technology platform! You’ll be working with an awesome team, in an environment that embraces freedom, autonomy and open communication, and where you'll play an instrumental role in building our technology.

As a software engineer in IOTICS you will help drive product development in a team where nothing is someone else's problem. Where no-one else is going to tell you how to do your job. Where no-one will make your decisions for you but everyone will help everyone else get better at making the right decisions.

We are a fast paced startup, with many more things that we would like to do than there is time for. We are always looking at how to be more agile, more efficient and more effective. We encourage fearless decisions rather than punish mistakes. And we want tooling that helps us to move faster rather than processes that slow us down.

So if you believe that every problem has a solution, you just need to find it; if you're a true team player who understands that the success of the whole takes precedence over individual advancement; if you can look beyond the obvious and challenge others to do the same; and if you've always wanted to be part of something that is bigger than you, please read on... You might just have found your best job yet!

The Candidate(s):

  • Experience in API development (REST, GraphQL)
  • Experience with one or more front-end technologies (React JS, Vue.js, Next.js)
  • Experience with developing containerised solutions (docker, kubernetes, helm)
  • Proven track record solving technically challenging problems
  • Excited about the opportunity to work on a variety of frontend and backend products and components
  • Comfortable working in multiple different languages
  • Passion for learning new technologies
  • Exposure to distributed systems and messaging protocol and an interest in semantic technologies are nice to have's!

We work as a remote team and trust each other implicitly.

Our culture is collaborative and courageously disruptive.

We're honest with our feedback, generous with our support, aspirational for ourselves and others.

We laugh a lot, quite often at ourselves.

We’re lucky to be part of a great team and excited to grow it!

Thank You
